Join Lou and me for a wild play of For Science!
It's a dexterity game that requires nimble fingers and verification to win. We'll even teach you how to play the game, too, but the real-time playthrough included here in this video helps give you the feel for the game and what it requires of players.
Don't worry! Your friends will be right there to help you through it because this game is cooperative, so you're all working together to reach a certain level of insight points.
Build designs to overcome diseases, particularly the ones with mutations, and win through clever puzzling.
It's a fun, fast and replayable real-time game that will get you verifying everything around you:)

No joke. Check out this video and suggest the next locked room puzzle box that I should play.
As you can tell, I really like these kinds of games:)
I love working cooperatively and stretching my brain is my favorite activity!
Will it be the Deskscapes? The Adventure Games? What about Exit: The Game or Undo? Perhaps it's the new (to me) Escape Room in a Box...Happy gaming!

Join me for a comparison of Encore! and Bravo! Both of these roll and write games are by the same designers, but they added some key elements to Bravo! that sets it apart. But how?
If you recall, I reviewed Encore! in my From Screams to Smiles video where I rank all the roll and write games I own. Here's the link to that video: youtu.be/-iu0hdPXGzM
BUT here's the link to my new video where I compare both Bravo! and Encore! youtu.be/7VilBlx_r7Q
Pictures is a creative, think outside the box kind of game. It requires that you stretch your brain to "see" an image using the strangest and most challenging materials: a set of children's wooden blocks, two shoestrings, colored cubes, sticks & stones, and other images!
The great thing about this game is how versatile and tactile it is. Students love it and I have made replica copies so that I can have groups of 5 at various stations playing Pictures at the same time.
The game requires creativity, communication skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and openmindedness.
All you need is this tutorial to walk you through how to play Pictures, and you'll see for yourself just how easy it is to learn. It might be slightly harder to play, but you'll probably never want to stop.

It's that time again, folks! Game of the Year. And I'm loving the three nominees for strategy game of the year (a.k.a. Kennerspiel des Jahres).
Join me for a brief explanation of how to play each game, what I like most about each game, and which game I think is going to win the coveted award.

Just One is a fun, cooperative word game that is one of my essential games.
I use Just One to teach my students about collaboration, critical thinking skills, problem soving and creativity. I also love playing it with my friends for a super fun game night.
Either way, this game is a hit. All you need is this tutorial to walk you through how to play Just One, and you'll see for yourself just how easy it is to learn. It might be slightly harder to play, but you'll probably never want to stop.

Miniature Market had a Memorial Day sale and I bought some stuff. Come check it out in this video!
I've not played everything I received, but I'm sharing it with you because I'm so excited.
Might be dice. Might be playmats. Might be games.
Who knows! Not paid by Miniature Market. No promotional nothing happened to make this video. It's all just stuff I personally bought. That's all:)
